- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer
2. Non-Delivery of Service
If you do not receive your purchased service due to technical issues such as email delivery failure or server-related problems:
- You must contact our support team immediately
- Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the expected delivery date
- Failure to report within this timeframe will result in the service being considered successfully delivered
3. Service Issues & Technical Errors
We ensure all services are thoroughly tested before delivery. However, in rare cases, technical issues may occur.
- Customers must report issues to our Technical Support Team
- We reserve the right to investigate and resolve the issue within 72 hours
- Temporary access to your system or server may be required
If:
- The issue is verified, and
- We are unable to resolve it within 72 hours
Then:
- A full refund will be issued, or
